Fascinated by the wisdom teachings of great spiritual masters, I am on a sincere and humble journey to develop my own spiritual practice of resting in pure awareness, free from conceptual elaboration.

Particularly interested in tibetan buddhist philosophy I appreciate all spiritual teachings whether they come from christian mystics, sufi poets or taoist monks. They all point to the same irrefutable truth.

I would describe myself as a spiritual adventurer. I enjoy climbing, kayaking and paragliding as much as I enjoy reading, yoga and meditation.

I welcome any opportunity to practice and discuss the great work with fellow travellers therefore I am seeking rural farmstays, secluded beaches or pristine natural locations beneficial to the cultivation of the awakened mind.

Looking to share wisdom and learn alternative ways of living.

May all beings be free from suffering and its causes.
