Here in the UK I’ve worked as a commis chef for the past 6 years. I have worked in many different kitchen environments and quickly adapt. I'm happy to cook any cuisine, but I especially enjoy cooking vegetarian/vegan dishes.

I have also worked part time as a house keeper, bartender, and waitress.

I have a college degree in forestry and arboriculture. From this I have experience in reforestation projects and i gained my chainsaw license.
