Being with kind people exploring nature brings me the most happiness. I appreciate time away from screens to wind down and connect with others around me. I feel best when I have eaten local food. I am very interested in connecting with my Jamaican and Cuban roots through experiences with people or travelling to those countries.

I am interested in learning any language I am around. I tend to become familiar with the basics of a new language due to growing up around a tri-lingual family (however I did not learn any fluently so I am passionate to pick up my own languages now!)

I love to connect with others by shopping and cooking for them. I am always passionate to learn new cuisines!
I avidly go to yoga classes and enjoy mindfulness in nature.

I lead underground cave trips so I am good at looking after people in all conditions.
I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology so beyond my own natural empathy I have an educational perspective on behaviour.
I am keen to learn languages, and have started learning Swedish at an A2 level.
I can outdoor lead rock climb and am happy being a belayer at all hours.
