Description
Hi! My name is Olivia Randazzo and I am a curious, outgoing, enthusiastic person who loves traveling, reading, trying new foods, and adventure! I love anything and everything outdoors as I grew up on the California coast, so I prefer to spend my time outside! I went to university in Colorado, so I am both a mountain and water lover - really any outdoor activity from skiing to hiking to swimming to fishing to beach volleyball and everything in between are all things I love! It has always been a dream of mine to become scuba-certified, but for now I love snorkeling, swimming, and paddlebaording. I also love love love camping and sleeping under the stars although I don't do it as much as I would like. I am a big animal lover as I grew up with dogs, chickens, cats, and horses. Horseback riding is one of my favorite activities and I would love the chance to work with horses in some capacity. Most of all, my favorite thing in the world is meeting new people. The majority of my work experience revolves around people in some way shape or form. I have taught English in Mexico, worked for my university as a learning assistant to my fellow college students, I have worked in the hospitality industry in cafes and restaurants with around 5 years of experience, and led an elderly walking group for the last year. I really get along with everyone and just love to get to know people. Additionally, I have plenty of marketing/digital communication experience in the travel industry. If you need any help operating social media accounts, building websites, or anything in the online advertising realm, I would be more than happy to help!
I am a fast-learner and easily adapt to any environment. I have done one Workaway in Ecuador before in addition to other exchanges on other platforms so feel free to ask me any questions! -

Hello! Olivia here!
I am very open-minded, self-sufficient, and adaptable who is excited to learn new trades. One of my greatest assets is my ability to work with others.
Work experience: I've held various positions in the service industry from hosting, bussing, serving, and food prep. I have lots of experience in web design (feel free to contact me to see my previous work!) and social media content creation/ management and marketing. I have also worked lots of odd jobs from lifeguarding to demolition site assistant to teaching elementary and university level students.
Education: I graduated from the university of Colorado Boulder in 2025! I studied communications, media production, business (emphasis in product development) and Spanish.
Skills: Web design, social media, nannying, hospitality (barista,restaurant, hotel reception), teaching (elementary and college level), trail clearing
