Description
One of the main motivators for us to do Workaway is that we do not want to live a monotonous life. We want to explore the world, discover ourselves, and learn everything there is to know about life.
In our ideology, happiness is a long-term pursuit that begins with small steps outside of our comfort zone, giving back to the community, and eventually receiving tenfold in return when we least expect it.

I have studied and am currently working in the architectural field. I have always been passionate about the process of assembling pieces together, like Lego. During my studies, I volunteered with AIESEC and participated in the MEDS workshop, where we built public structures for local communities. Growing up in a village also taught me that hard work is always rewarded by the final result.
Tomas
Since I was 8 years old, I attended a summer camp every year, where we spent 3 weeks in nature. This taught me basic survival skills, as well as practical skills like cooking and overall discipline. Around the age of 15, I started traveling across Europe (mostly by hitchhiking), which gave me a great overview of the continent. After spending several months living abroad in Greece and the USA, I decided to move to Denmark for my studies. I spent 5 wonderful years there, which not only made me completely independent but also helped me form lasting connections with my international friends. I consider myself a practical, fast-learning, and open-minded individual who is not afraid of any work. Currently working for a food-saving platform, helping to reduce food waste in the gastronomy industry.
