Hello! I'm Liv and I'm currently doing a Tefl course to learn how to teach English as a Foreign language. I'm now in Australia having just finished traveling Spain! My very rough and flexible plan is to travel Australia with my working holiday visa. Am currently on Melbourne job hunting and might be in Perth from January volunteering for the fringe festival! So if you're reading this and need a helping hand or want to hang out nearby let me know! If you want to join me and my friend or if you're a host looking for a helping hand do it!
I love meeting new people and having new conversations, sharing ideas and experiences together and creating potential friendships.
I enjoy working outside, with animals, children an just generally making memories and sharing experiences as well as working hard and earning my keep.
I am a creative person enjoying painting at home as well as taking photos reading and writing. I enjoy bouldering, it's my favourite sport and keeps me active. I love being outside, active and am no stranger to working outside be it gardening, farming or renovating old buildings!
I love animals, and have grown up with chickens, cats and dogs in my mums house in a small village, I have uploaded a video of me and my favourite chicken, her name was Nugget. I have also worked with children at my mums preschool in the past and also have younger cousins so am no stranger to playing with and looking after children.
In Spain I worked on a farm, Au paired for a month in the South and also worked with a family mainly gardening in Normandy.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am currently training to become a teacher in English.
I'm an experienced Barista and bar tender, I'm also an amateur photographer and a person who enjoys sports such as bouldering, football and cycling.
I was Assistant Manager of a pub in central Brighton and also was an office administrator for an estate agents for a few months before calling it quits.
I worked as a gardeners assistant one summer in 2019 where he would instruct me to carry out jobs such as fixing fenses, weeding, cutting, lawn mowing and watering, allowing me to develop an understanding of the basics of gardening. He often left me with his dog who would keep me company all morning and later in the afternoon. It was hard work in the summer heat but I loved every moment, I've included some photos of this experience.
I've volunteered twice in Germany: the second was renovating a water Castle in Ollendorf for two weeks, the first was working in forests helping the foresters in Liepnitszee keep the wildlife safe and the forest accessible to the public, so I am no stranger to hard work outside! I had the BEST time working in these camps and made the best friends.
I have also worked on a farm before in Slovenia, I weeded, helped milk the goats, harvested vegetables, cleaned tents after guests left the campsite and organised games for the children on Sundays. It was so nice working on the farm close up with the animals and guests. I remember clearing out the pigs pen and I had to keep throwing the pigs apples so they didn't try to bite my legs!

I love painting with oil paints or acrylics it makes me so happy to create pretty things that other people can enjoy or interpret, so any creative people message me. I have a Mamiya film camera from the 1980's that I love dearly and will be taking around with me. I LOVE animals and am looking to help in a sanctutary or farm at some point!! I'm also great with children and am a bit of a child myself, I love running around and being silly! I like to attend gigs and music festivals, I love House music, pop, rock and indie as well as funk, blues and soul. I love films and the cinema, my favourite food is chicken tacos orrrr an English Breakfast which I can make for any of hosts!
