I am an adventurous person, who wants to experience all the possible lives I could live, if that makes sense. I'm not ready for adult life just yet!

I am currently on an exchange semester in Chile, but am postponing my return to my Uni in Norway so I can travel the next semester as well. I truly hope I can use my degree for something better in the future, but right now I would love to find purpose elsewhere- with inspiring surroundings and good company.

I am a chill but energetic person, who feels my best when my days are filled with great people and experiences - where I feel like an infinite source of energy. But, at the same time, I really appreciate reading a good book on the grass. Like everyone on this page, I love to meet new people and explore other cultures haha! Also really want to improve my Spanish!

WORK EXPERIENCE: I have worked as a laboratory technician, chef, bartender, retail worker, substitute teacher, and a boat driver :)

EDUCATION: I'm currently between my 4th and 5th year of a master's degree in material science. I got my bachelor's in chemical engineering in 2022. I also did a 1-year study in cultural relations in 2018.

TRAVEL EXPERIENCE: My first long trip by myself was to Sri Lanka in 2018, where I studied-ish for two semesters. I also got to travel a little in Asia when I had the chance. I went to the Maldives, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. I have also spent a month in Greece island-hopping, and interrailed through Italy, France, Spain and Portugal for two months in 2022. Last year I spent a month in Thailand. I'm currently living in Chile, doing an exchangesemester, and have been here since July. In December I'll be going to the Galapagos Islands, Panama and Costa Rica with my mom, and in January I'm heading to Peru with some friends! Hope to find a workaway there!!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As I have worked a lot in the customer service, I regard myself as a person that's easy to talk to. I can talk about basically anything, but am also not afraid of silence. I have experience with cooking as a secondary chef at a restaurant. In Norway I am a part of a handyman group that maintains and improves this huge building for students, so I have some experience with carpentrywork, plastering and construction. I also have experience as a laboratory technician, probably not so relevant here, but it has given me an eye for accuracy and the importance of HSE.

I have had multiple HSE courses through my studies and work as a laboratory technician and I got a firesafety certificate through my volunteer work as a handyman. I recently got the open water PADI license, have a Norwegian boat license and a drivers license.

I love being creative! I don't have anything I am incredible good at haha, but I can teach you how to knit, crochet or sew if you'd like! I'm always up for doing whatever - ceramics, painting, building furniture - you name it! In my hometown I also volunteer as a handyman at this student bar/aparment-ish, where I have learned carpentry and plastering etc.

The same is for sports and activities! I love playing volleyball, climbing, surfing, horseback riding, playing squash, tennis etc, but I'm not particularly good at any of it hahaha. But up for anything! My favorite sport is probably sailing!! and hiking (ofc. I'm Norwegian;) )

Also love quiz! And boardgames are such a nice way to connect with people.
