Hey there!
I'm a curious human bean who loves to learn, and I'm excited for new experiences. Currently I feel most drawn to living closer to nature, and to harmonious community. Like most people, I love to be social, and I also love solitude and silence. I also find that with the right people, silence and solitude can be shared, and those are my favorite connections.
Work-wise I've been working in several sectors over the last 10 years, but my main interest and direction is understanding human nature and flourishing. I'm a trained cranio-sacral therapist, certified breathwork facilitator and a shadow work nerd + coach.
I'm always happy to get dirt in my nails and generally down to contribute in any way I can. -
