Description

I'm getting back into travel and horse riding after working hard running a business for many years. I love getting outdoors, including gardening and general farm work and riding and looking after horses.
I also enjoy cooking and interior design and am doing some reno/DIY work around the house.
I'm involved in a not-for-profit and and have lots of experience in small business administration.
I'm a bit of a francophile and enjoy a nice vino (and beer!), cheese and great conversation. I'm pretty open-minded, flexible and easy-going.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a bit of a 'jack of all trades' and have experience in a lot of different areas, but am keen to learn more about DIY, horses, gardening and farming.

I enjoy gardening and like to doing a bit of DIY (done some basic woodworking classes) and I love cooking (a variety including French, Italian, Indian, South East Asian etc, I was an apprentice chef for a few years).

I ran a small business for 15 years and have advanced skills in financial management, marketing, international trade, sales and general business & office admin.

I'm passionate about horses, both riding and taking care of them and had a horse for a few years and have been riding a lot recently. I also have 3 grown kids, which I brought up, so experienced in all that that entails!

I am a keen traveller and would love to work on some horse farms around Europe and beyond.
I'm happy to give anything a go and like to try new things. I've done a few renovations and am quite good at planning building projects as well as building Ikea kitchens!
