Description

I am an energetic and passionate individual, with an international background, having lived in the US, South Africa, Thailand, Austria, Spain, and Indonesia. Traveling is one of my greatest passions as it enables me to experience different ways of living, and cultures, and understand different perspectives. I love the outdoors and natural environments and it is one of my missions in life to contribute to the sustainable development of conservation and the natural environment.

In March 2024 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification with the center: House of Om, accredited by the Yoga Alliance, for multi-style (Hatha and Vinyasa) yoga training. I have experience teaching beginner and intermediate yoga classes with friends and family and am currently looking to expand my teaching experience. I am passionate about ensuring that everyone feels comfortable in their own bodies and can connect with intuitive movement. I have been practicing yoga for more than 8 years and have been to hundreds of classes, inspiring my own approach.

I am someone who engages in all sorts of activities and hobbies, while not an expert in any (for now), I don't give up and always keep trying. I enjoy hiking, surfing, kayaking, and anything that involves the use of my hands. I am also practicing mindfulness through yoga and meditation. I also am a social individual who enjoys working with other people and learning from others, I have a natural tendency for alignment and leadership but am also a good listener and take instructions well. I was working in Germany for the past year but realized that was not the place for me so I am currently traveling in South East Asia and am looking to immerse myself in an enriching opportunity to deepen my yoga teaching practice.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I completed my 200 hour multi style yoga teacher training in march 2024 with House of Om in Bali, and I have more than 8 years of yoga practice ready to inspire others. My personal approach can be tailored to all levels, aims to connect people more deeply with their bodies and calm the mind. I also include a lot of my own inspiration and experience with mindfulness.

My education is in economics, law, and politics and I have learned many skills from this including critical thinking, research, group work, and leadership. The research part especially I enjoy using for organizing and planning activities and can easily teach myself anything. Other than formal education I am a social person who enjoys learning from people around me and am good at bringing out the best in people I am around.

I am also a creative person who enjoys any DIY, artwork such as painting or mosaics. I also love cooking, mainly vegetarian dishes (but not exclusively) such as my specialty curry.
