Description
Hey i'm a special education student from Leipzig (Germany). I started my studies because of a volunteer service for over one year in India in a special education school. This also confirms me in my dream to experience other countries not just during travelling but also living there.
Because of that I spent the last semester in Coimbra (Portugal).
When I visit a new place, I just like wandering around without any plan, taking pictures or visiting exhibitions.
After a stressful day I like to try out new recipes and read something. My favourite genres are contemporary or history. I also like to read non-fiction about political theory, oecology or education. But this books doesnt make me happy or relaxing me but I think I need to know about the problems and then you can start taking action.
I never participating in Work-away, but I'm really looking forward to my first experience. I think its a great way to learn from other people and supporting them in their way, how they want to change the world to a better place.

I would really like to improve my french because I studied it for several years in school, but I never used it in the real world. I could also teach english or german. I will become a german teacher in future and I already gave private lessons and school lesson.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a lot of experience in teaching and taking care of children. I was working in several schools and as a private teacher, organizing a camp for children with severe multiple disabilities and a political camp with workshops about topics like climate change, rassism or ableism.
I could teach english, german and maths (also other subjects).
In addition, my friends and my family always love it, when I cook for them. Other tasks in the house would be also no problem for me.
I also like to work in nature or do gardening. When I was young, I often help out my neighbours with their garden and the animals f.e horses. I'm especially interested in solidarity agriculture or perma culture.
Even I dont have so much experience with craft work, It would be great for me to learn here a lot. For example, I would really like to learn more about solar energy.
