Currently in Portugal walking on west coast .

I have interests and practice in nonviolent communication , photography , meditation, dance, somatic experiencing.... I have interest in being interested in life.

I am a sensitive being who enjoys plenty of time alone / silently / with non human animals.
I have experience dog and cat sitting .
Not a lot of experience with larger animals , but wanting to connect deeper with all!
I enjoy creating art in all forms as a way of processing the world , through writing, photography, dance , drawing ... More...
I'm prepared to unlearn and relearn what I think I know

I'm not afraid to sweat or get properly dirty! I speak some Spanish and understand some french. Hoping to improve Portuguese significantly!

An overview of my skills:

- Fluent in English, proficient Spanish, beginner French

- beginner skills in carpentry, having volunteered for some time with a wood recycling project

- Level 1 in Reiki

- 'free-flow' cooking vegan / veggie food

- Caring for animals : dogs, cats, small animals . not had experience with any bigger

- All of my employed work experiences have been in food catering / hospitality / shop work / a bit of bar work
