I enjoy the opportunity to live in this world every moment because every moment is special it will never happen again .
I can feel, smell, breathe, see , hear , touch, it's so amazing isn't it?
I mostly eat fruits, but I have no restrictions, I can try anything I want, but I prefer to eat raw foods.


Most of all, I like to spend time alone with myself, doing meditation and yoga, because in this life we have only body and mind. I have a steel drum for yoga sounds meditation with me. I don't use Workaway that often, but when I do, it's always a rewarding and exciting experience.

I do what I do because it's possible 🦋

Notice how life allows you to live in this body and feel with all your senses to notice such phenomena as the sun, sky, wind, moon, air, etc. it makes me happy! 🤲🌱🏵🐛🦋☀️

I like to do different things because there are endless facets of how life can be lived.I always like to learn something new and useful on my way, benefiting people, but most of all I like to work on the ground (in gardens, fields, vegetable gardens)
I can teach you how to improve your bodies and I can suggest to you how to use your minds to be open up to your live
by the way I'm a yoga teacher ( I know the easiest way to guid you to you )

I worked as a volunteer in Andalusia and almost independently prepared the finca for the next season (pruning, cutting, digging, harvesting, watering, and so on). I got a good experience in this area
