Hi! I‘m Myriam, I’m 30 and live in Hamburg, Germany.
I have always loved traveling and meeting new people, getting to know new foods and experiencing new things.

I’m new to workaway but love to experience new places in a different way than just the touristy façades and sightseeing spots.
I get excited over any creative thing to do - cooking, painting, sewing, photography, crafting. But am also eager to learn new crafts.
I love a good mixture of wandering through nature as well as discovering hidden gems in urban areas.

In the past I have spend a year living in the US as well as 6 month in china. In my experience it's the most fun to stay with people and getting to know new perspectives rather than just jumping inbetween touristy hotspots.
I'm a curious person. I started learning Italian this year (not very well yet) and would love to learn some authentic Italian cooking.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

In my everyday life I’m an architect. In my free time I like sewing, pottery (not very skilled but happy ), cooking, reading, trying out new crafts. My woodworking skills or any other repairing skills are basic, I’d say, but always eager to learn.
My mothertongue is German but having lived in the US for a year my English is also quite alright. I learned French in school but the remaining bits are not really conversation worthy. My Italian skills are very low, I’d love to learn the language, in exchange I could teach you German and English.
