Hi everybody!

My name is Moritz, I'm 26 years old and just finished my studies in Germany early. Because I'm not sure in what way excactly I want to spend the rest of my life in an plain boring office, I'm looking to get out of my comfort zone and make new experiences.

I am searching for any new, interesting opportunites in southeast asia, including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia. I started sailing two years ago and would love to get more experiences on the boat, however anything else goes too, from teaching, helping out on a farm or building things. I am always very motivated and love to do things, so I am confident, I will find a good-time, whereever my journey leads me to.

I am very much an extrovert, however, from time to time I do like to have a little time to myself. I love fun banter just as much as philosophical dicussions (only when they are not pretentious!). I like to do any kind of sports (especially running and sailing) and as a bonus for everyone who likes a good cocktail, I've worked as a bartender so I know my way around a small bar.

I love to hear from anyone, possible co-travelers or hosts, just hit me up! I am an open book and am eager to hop into comfort-breaking experiences. Maybe it will lead me to a life outside of a plain boring office ;)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have worked all my life and tried to get my fair share of different skills. I will try to list everything that comes to mind, however, just hit me up, if you have any questions about specific things you seek in a volunteer!

- Sailing: I have learned on lake of constance and made my sailing-license there. Since then I have regularly sailed in the german baltic coast-region. My two most exciting sailing experiences where (1) a two-week cruising trip in greece (northern sporades) with friends and (2) a 24h, two-hand regatta in the german baltic coast. (I currently only own the sailing license for inland waters, but only need to complete some theoretic questions for the open-water one).
- Handywork: I try to fix everthing at home by myself and therefore have picked up some handy skills. This includes some wood-work, a lot of garden-work and different miscellaneous thing. I am also not afraid to get my hands dirty (a.e. plumbing ;)
- IT: My education involved a lot of topics in the digital space, so I know how to program apps, websites and in general make interaction with interactive systems better for the user (better known as "User Experience", which basically is what I did my bachelors and masters in).
- Bar: I have worked in a bar (pub) for about 5 years and learned to master a perfect pour, some cocktails and made a lot (A LOT) of coffees (love coffee).
