I have worked on several farms in Ireland before. Cutting hedges, trimming grass, planting and harvesting all sorts of vegetables and other gardening work. Additionally I helped out at a local farmers market and painted the kitchen for my hosts.

My favourite sports to play are tabletennis, basketball and football. Though I would´nt say that I a particulary good at any of them. I am also a big fan of Boardgames and Cardgames and can never say no to a game of chess. If you are more into music let´s jam. I am trying to learn the harmonica at the moment.

I had a great stay with Peter! The work was not too difficult and it's a beautiful view from the property over the city. Peter is also an awesome guy and we got a along very well! I would work in the morning and he would show me a bit around the area in the afternoon. He took me to the Elephant Rocks, a Surf beach, a former Christian border school… read more

I had a wonderful stay with Deborah and David! They made sure I felt at home and included and enabled me to explore the city. Thank you for everything! Also they're dogs are very cute and I loved taking them for walks.

We loved having Moritz to stay. He has great practical handyman skills, and he is hard-working, conscientious, and able to get on with the chores without needing supervision. He fitted into our household very well, and our dogs completely adored him.

Moritz stayed for two weeks and helped us with a small construction project that looks great and we are very pleased with the results. Moritz enjoyed the construction and has some skills and we could leave him on his own to carry out a task. He was also happy to help out in the kitchen and cooked a couple of lovely meals. I stayed with Fran and Adam for 2 wonderful weeks, filled with cool work, great food and lots of opportunities to explore the area with my workaway-mate.
