Hi!
I'm Morgane, 31 years old. I am currently travelling for undetermined time, started in the beginning of june 2024 with Namibia, went then to Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, Vietnam, back home for a short time and then to South Africa and am now going towards Tanzania, stopping at friend's places on the way.
I volunteered for the organisation EHRA (Elephant-human relation aid) for a total of 6 weeks in Namibia, loved it, and noticed that I really love to do something with my hands, help as much as I can and meet new people :) If I can see some amazing landscapes on the way, all the better! That's why I decided to be on workaway, and I don't regret it 😀
I love animals (wild or domesticated), like working in the garden, also like working on construction sites: I helped building a chicken den with bricks and cement in Botswana, and helped building a bouldering wall in Zimbabwe, as well as doing some bricks and clay walls.
I helped in the kitchen at almost every workaway place, and also did some babysitting at one place.
Overall I really enjoy learning new things or exchanging knowledge.
Back at home, I did a lot of climbing (mostly indoor but also outdoor), loved meeting with friends, swimming in a mountain lake after a good hike,... so generally you would have found me outdoor!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am good with animals, I like to build things even though I have not so much practice, and I like to help with cooking or wherever help is needed. I am quite a fast learner, and I am independent :)

I worked at different places doing a cement or clay-mix and walls out of rocks or bricks, painting walls, sometimes getting creative, working
in the kitchen or in the garden, milking goat and making cream-cheese.
