Description

Hi! We are an environmentally minded and animal loving couple from Yorkshire in the UK. We are both a bit silly and a bit shy, using a big life changing trip across South America to get out of our comfort zone! Our Spanish is rusty but we are invested in learning as much as possible, while immersing ourselves in culture and food. With a history working in customer service, manual hospitality and odd agricultural jobs, we consider ourselves to be fairly handy, and people positive and not afraid of getting dirty. We welcome any kind of work in exchange for lodging, learning and some good company .

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We have both worked for years in people facing jobs, and see ourselves as friendly, open minded and compromising . Moll has spent a few months working on a small operating farm and sam has working on allotments before. We have both managed bars before, doing lots of manual cellar work, problem solving and general odd job fixing. We would say we have some experience with tools and DIY and are quick learners when it comes to physical work.

We both LOVE music and food. Latin culture is absolutely at the heart of this for us, learning about the food and immersing ourselves in the music and dance of the countries we visit is very important to us. Sam writes his own music and plays almost every instrument there is and if he can’t he will pick it up very quickly. Molly is obsessed with all animals , and loves reading and cooking. We swim a lot as a couple in our local rivers and play a LOT of chess. We also love a few beers and chatting about our cat (bug), who is staying with our beloved friends for a few months. We are very domestic creatures, and take cleaning, cooking and home making seriously!
