My Name is Michael, I am new to traveling and looking to volunteer and work as a way to get immersed in the the places i visit. I can fix or build just about anything related with construction or using my hands. I have worked in construction for the past 35 years. I am excited to travel and meet new people and learn about new cultures and ways of living.

Linde and Said were incredible hosts. I felt completely welcomed and safe from the minute I stepped off the bus.
The work was easy and relaxed — we mainly worked in the fields cutting alfalfa. All meals were shared at the table and we always ate together. The mix of volunteers from all over the world made it even better — we truly came together as… read more

We experienced Michael as a very hardworking, pro active & kind man. He helped us immensely by harvesting a lot of alfalfa daily, even during the hotter hours of the day, with walking the dogs and feeding all the animals daily, and with the preparations of creating a sheep barn. Michael is a wonderful man. He is considerate, conscious and easy to speak with. He takes initiative and is interesting and has a good sense of humor.
