Description

Now looking for hosts in the USA - Southern States.
Ideally I'd like to find 2 hosts for stays of around 3 weeks each.
I would love to experience ranch life, homesteading, country music, USA-Specific alternative ways of life in the South.

I have worked in the Australian outback on cattle stations and volunteered in many different positions around the world. I have travelled extensively and am constantly seeking to expand my mind to different environments, cultures and ways of life.

I really love to learn, I am happy to have a go at most things and enjoy challenging myself. I have an open mind and a willingness to muck in and work hard.

I am practical and enjoy hands on as well as mentally-focused tasks, I relish a challenge and will give almost anything a good shot! I have a good eye for detail in doing things that need to be precise but I also love being one of the guys and using machinery and power tools, driving off road, getting muddy, climbing things, building or demolishing!

I have a lot of life experience, try to always be an intelligent communicator and regulate my own emotions. I am honest but respectful and treat people with fairness and kindness, the same way I expect to be treated myself.

I am very comfortable in my own company and happily work on things alone, but life is also wonderful when shared with others and I have friends of all ages and backgrounds and love to meet new people.

I love to be outdoors and in nature. I enjoy being active and creative.
My interesrs include:
Guitar playing/singing/song writing, painting and ink drawing, motorbike riding, yoga/meditation, paddleboarding, cycling, hiking and camping, cooking and baking, swimming/snorkelling/diving, horseriding, travelling and adventuring... life is made for exploring and the list of things I still want to try is even longer!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My skills generally revolve around people, and jobs I have been drawn to reflect this. I am a natural empath and love people and animals, thus I often end up in a caregiving role in one way or another!

My dad really instilled in me and my sister that we could do anything that boys can do. From a very young age he took us to building sites to assist him with building or electrical work or helping around the house or tending to the land. I'd be put up a ladder with a power tool in my hand, cleaning the car or mowing the lawn, whatever was needed! My parents have a strong work ethic and have passed this onto me, I am extremely conscientious and try to be mindful in everything I do.
