Hi!
I'm Mia and I'm looking forward to exploring New Zealand's nature and culture, especially while meeting and connecting with other backpackers and hosts! I just finished high-school this year in Germany and now want to create lots of new and adventurous memories.
I'd describe myself as a flexible and calm but social person. Spending time with my friends - game nights, camping trips, long walks etc. -brings me lots of happiness and meeting new people during travels always highlights any trips. Nevertheless, I also enjoy reading, baking and watching TV while being on my own. An other hobby of mine is dancing of all sorts, I do Modern, Street and Standard Dance.
I'm traveling alone and would love to find a travel buddy so feel free to contact me :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I would love to learn new skills during my workaway stays as well as being helpful with those I already have.
For example, have experience regarding work with children/teenagers through babysitting, tutoring and leading a scouting group for a year.
Also, I do have work experience as a kitchen-aid and at the counter in a cafe and have worked in service.
Of course I do have general knowledge regarding household - cleaning, cooking etc.- and am willing to help in any way I can. I would also love to improve my gardening skills.
