Bonjour/Hi !

I’m a 27 yrs old lawyer born and raised in Montreal, currently taking a career break to travel and embrace new experiences for the next year (or so?) I speak French, English, Moroccan Arabic, and a bit of Spanish (which I would love to improve !)

I enjoy being surrounded by nature, good food and I will never say no to some adventure. I consider myself to be a quick learner, I’m committed and responsible, eager to contribute positively to your projects while enjoying being immersed in a new culture and country.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a bit of a jack of all trades :

- I'm confortable teaching both english and french as these are the two langages I grew up speaking fluently and for which I did some tutoring in school

- My mother being a daycare owner, I feel very comfortable around kids of all age in terms of childcare

- I grew up with pets my whole life either with pets we kept home or when going to my aunt's farm which made comfortable taking care of any house pets as well as some farm animals

- My career as a lawyer helped me develop some solid writing and interpersonal skills which can come in handy in customer service/hospitality/administrative tasks

- I was a lifeguard for 8 years throughout my studies which gave me some solid first aid knowledge in and out of the water

I'm always willing to try and learn new skills and would love to get some guidance into whatever my host family is able to teach me!

A Few Fun Facts About Me:

I spent a few years horseback riding, and it was one of my favorite activities. There’s something so freeing about riding and I really hope to get back in this sport during my travels.

I was a competitive figure skater until my teens. The ice was my second home until an injury prevented me from continuing.

Cooking is a huge passion of mine. I love experimenting with new recipes and sharing tasty meals with friends and family. I’m always excited to try new dishes and learn about different cuisines.

I was a barista throughout law school (this was 100% to fuel my caffeine addiction during my studies) and love trying new cafes.

I’m known for chatting a lot—if you enjoy good conversation, you’ll find I’m always up for a chat about just about anything!
