Hi! We are Emma P, Emma L and Méline, three 23-year-old students in engineering school. After our four years of studies, we decided to take a break for a year by traveling. We would really like to meet people, share good times with them and feel useful. Above all, we want to discover different cultures, but also different visions of life.
Hi! (I'm the blonde girl).
In life I have always loved art and music. I draw and paint. I also play the violin and piano. I also like anything manual, like tinker, cooking, renovation. I like playing board games, reading, listening to music (Beatles, Queen, Daniel Balavoine <3...). Without being a great athlete, I appreciate moving, it makes me feel peaceful, not spend the day sitting. I have never had pets but I have always appreciated their presence.
In terms of my personality I would say that I am a fairly open person, I like to communicate and exchange with people, to know their vision of the world, their experience, their passions, even if people do not necessarily go along with me. I know that I always have to learn on many different levels.

I’m Méline and I am the brunette on the right of the photo (the one with the gray scraf) 😊
I really enjoy nature and plants : it’s the one thing that helps me to relax. I used to hike a lot with my family as a child and was always up for taking care of the garden ! Unfortunately, my studies kinda took me away from these simple and peaceful moments. I deeply miss them, this is why I took this gap year to reconnect with what truly makes me feel happy. I hope I will have the opportunity to do so while helping you with your project !
However, I enjoy manual work in general and would be as happy to give a hand on renovation as I would be while gardening or taking care of your pets/animals. I also love to cook and have to say I’m quite good at it !
I’m very sociable and would love to meet people from all over the world, but I’m honestly not the best at taking care of children.

I’m joining Emma and Méline from end of May, to starting a new adventure with them and with you !
I’m quite a social girl, I really like spending time with people, discussing various subjects and learning new things and cultures!
Every year I worked as activity leader in summer camps with children aged from 3 to 17 ! Thus, I love manual and creative work, outside and boarding games and hiking.
I'm not a huge sportswoman, but I've always been into sports, mainly dancing and tennis.
Recently I discovered a new passion for travelling after my three-months internship in the UK. That’s why I take advantage of my gap year to travel a bit and discover new cities!
Finally I like animals (when there are not bigger than me) and I recently adopted a baby cat named Mimi, of which I’m completely crazy about (she is very cute by the way).
We can’t wait to see you and share a journey together !
