Hello and welcome to my profile,

My name is Melina Zalia, I'm 26 years old and I'm from Bremen in Germany.
I look forward to gain new experiences, learning, working and living through workaway in Europe from August on.

In 2017 I graduated from high school and subsequently completed my year of recognition at a children's welfare center, completing the three-year state-recognized education as a kindergarten teacher.

Since my interests include working with children and adolescents as well as working with animals, I started to study Psychology in Bremen in 2019 and I want to add an education in animal based therapy.
I will finish my Bachelor in August and will start my Psychotherapy Master in October, so in between I am available.

I am enthused by ways of living, that include sustainability and intersectional feminism.
I would describe myself as an open-minded, reliable and friendly attentive person. In my free time, apart from spending time with friends, I like to ride or work with horses since 10 years, to write, to swim ​​and to paint.

I am very much looking forward to gain experiences in different countries with language, land, culture and people, as well as different work areas.

I like to work with children and animals.
I have been riding for 10 years and have also worked with the principles of natural horsemanship with horses.
