My name is Max.

I like meeting new people, doing physical activates, exploring new places and learning new skills/things.

I'm interested in mythology, etymology, languages, folklore, cultures, I also really like tasty food of all sorts. I want to see the differences and similarities between different parts of the world.

I am interested in learning another language such as Spanish, Italian, Greek, German, Dutch or a Scandinavian language. I would be open to teaching what I can about English while working at farm stays, preferably to someone close to my own age. I do not have any teaching degree I am just fluent in English.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a bit of a jack of some trades. I've built a few computers and sourced all the components for it. I've got experience chopping wood, weed eating, mowing lawns. I've helped my Dad build a deck, a roof and parts of a cabin. So, I've a bit of experience with some power tools (drills, saw, chain saw).
I've worked in a restaurant as a bus boy, clearing tables and as a dishwasher.
As far as animals go, I've a Border Collie/Husky dog that I've trained to do tricks, I take her for walks and groom her.

I also have some experience as a volunteer worker at Free Geek Community Technology Centre, where I helped with testing computer equipment. I also have been helping out as volunteer worker at Christianne's Lyceum of Literature and Art (a children's afterschool care literary program), where I help the children in a variety of ways.
