Description
We are both motivated by learning new skills and being part of projects that make a positive difference. We really value community living, sharing experiences, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. We’re happiest when we can contribute to meaningful work, learn through hands-on experience, and feel part of a supportive group.
We’re especially interested in staying on farms, in shelters, and in eco-projects, where we can develop practical skills and be involved in sustainable and community-focused initiatives. We’re particularly keen to help out in animal rescue centres and to get involved in eco-construction projects that support sustainable living.
Giulia recently qualified as a dog trainer and is currently volunteering at an animal shelter in the UK. She has a strong interest in animal welfare, especially working with dogs, and is also very creative, with experience in arts and crafts and the ability to run creative sessions if useful.
Matt is very hands-on and practical, with experience in landscaping and a big enthusiasm for learning new skills, especially eco-building and other practical projects.
We are social, extroverted, reliable, and easygoing, and we’re genuinely excited to contribute wherever we’re needed while connecting with others and learning along the way.
