Description

Hi, my name is Matilde, I'm Italian and I'm 49 years old. I am not married and have no children.
I have a degree in modern literature and for some years I worked as a teacher of Italian for foreigners in my hometown Bologna.
For 15 years I lived on a small island in Greece where I had my own business, an ice cream shop.
I have always been involved in gardening with great dedication, from maintenance to pruning, cutting wood, etc.
My great passion is animals, in particular horses, and I have had experience in their management, from cleaning the boxes, to feeding and grooming but I haven't managed to learn to ride well and I would really like this. I love all animals, I have always had dogs and I adore birds, I still take care of 40 kakariki parrots who live in a gigantic aviary in my parents' garden.
I am very good at cooking, I love making desserts, bread and pizza.
I speak Italian, Greek and Spanish well and I studied French and English at school.
I consider myself a dynamic, sociable, reliable and totally independent person, eager to learn and very curious to learn about other cultures.
