Description

Hi, my name is Marysia and they call me Marushka from the Forest. On a daily basis you can meet me in green places in western Poland. I am widely involved in nature based-education, which is both my job and a great passion in life. I love small or big travels, including those to the other side of the forest. Also with my beloved dog companion - Peru. We enjoy camping together under a sky full of wonders, sitting together by the fire, cooking on the fire, and planing in wood.

Nature is a great source of inspiration for me, a place from which I draw strength and motivation for action. In my expeditions I always look for places where I can immerse myself in it and discover the beauty of the natural world.
I am a person who seeks challenges and adventures, both physical (I love sports of various types, including high mountain hiking) and spiritual (I like to experience all kinds of rituals from different parts of the world).
I value a lot the company of passionate, good, warm energy and warm-hearted people, with a sense of humor and distance to themselves.
Also easily adopting to new situations, even those that are not very comfortable. And I see myself that way too. :)

I am a cultural anthropologist and geographer by studies, and combining socio-cultural topics with knowledge of the natural world is definitely what I enjoy. I am happy to engage in discussions on various topics, including philosophical ones.

I don't like whining, constantly looking for a hole in the whole, and boorishness. But as long as we can have fun of that, it's fine. ;)

In 2012 I was doing anthropological research in Mexico and Guatemala and at that time my Spanish was quite good, fully communicative. Today I remember single words and I would love to dig into the old resources of the language and finally start to use it again.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

On my daily basis I conduct workshops, trainings, events, wild expeditions. I'm specialized in wilderness pedagogy, outdoor education, sensory and movement work, youth work, soft skills enhancement, group integration.
I am a communicative person and quick to win the sympathy of others. I can easily find myself in many tasks - both those that require physical strength (heavy lifting, woodworking, DIY are no strangers to me) or being in contact with another person (I have high soft skills).
In Poland I run my one-person company - PINE Edukacja w Naturze (PINE Education in Nature), so managing myself, organizing, leading, working with groups, embracing social media or promotion are my daily bread.
I am not fond of sitting at the computer, on the contrary - the more I am in motion, action, the better.
Since I work and spend a lot of time alone in the Forest, for a change I would like to work in a group of good-hearted people, exchange ideas, have a sense of common work, family spirit.
To sum up - I am a working woman, no job I am afraid of. :D
