Hi! My name is Maria, I’m from Poland and currently lucky enough to be able to take time off work and travel. I love connecting with people, learning about them and their cultures - I’m naturally a very curious person. Being outside, in nature and with animals brings me a lot of joy. I’m always down to try new things - whether it’d be an activity or food. Visiting Latin America has been my dream for many years and I can’t believe it is actually happening!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm naturally a very adaptable and curious person. I have work experience in coordinating different projects (in a consulting company, at an arts festival), as well as in customer service (working in a coffee shop and as an executive assistant).

I spent many of my summers as a kid/teenager at a horse stud, taking care of different animals. I have also had a chance to do it recently at different workaways.

I've volunteered and have been a coordinator in a non-profit organisation helping elderly people and kids from underprivileged families.

I have helped with garden works (mulching, pruning, planting) as well as renovation (tearing off plaster, working with clay and cement, painting walls and furniture). I don’t have a huge amount of experience in that area but I think that I have what’s one of the most important things - a can-do attitude and I’m always willing and excited to learn new things.
