Hi! My name is Martin (as you could have read already) .I was born in a small village of 200 habitans in Asturias, Spain and I just can not help it but to love the contryside. I am especially interested in rural settings away from the madding crowd. I am a enthusiastic guy who wants to work and learn with the locals anywhere I go.

I have a lot of experience living and travelling alone and I am very independent which make mindset to be of the 'solving problems' and not causing them.

I am quite good in household chores such as cooking, cleaning , taking care of childrem, caring after pets so on. I am very sociable and I love to build strong bonds with the places I visit and the people I meet and at the same time I enjoy silence and personal space. I am actually more an introvert, just quite sociable; a sociable introvert, one of those kind.

In therms of spirituality I have to say that I am fully ON. I have my own yoga practice and I have been living in a temple for quite a year an a half so you will notice that my ways of being are quite Indian in fact hehe. So if you really don't like that culture, for sure I am not you man ^^'.

Eventhough I am very much a Hindu, I love God under his many names so if you profess your own religion I would love to learn from it! Nothing makes me more happy than a teological discusion, all ways with love and devotion. God save me from shovelling my beliefs or rituals in someone else mouth. Just a Hindu, don't mind me ^^.

Now is the part where I speak about °food`... uuuh... So, as you might have notice already, I love food, over all, I love health. So I have study and practice Ayurveda for quite some years (since I was 15) and I have master quite a few recepies from Indian cusine as well as from French patiserie, so I am a good cook. I would like to say "a very good cook" but the exelence if always decide by the diners.

"What are your interests?"

I? just meeting people, get involved with the culture and make friends. In my free time I like to read, exercise, study languages, meditate, and research topics such as philosophy, health, nutricion, matematics, or/and spirituality. I don't see a difference among the five.

Wellp, that is my part about it from this side, just let me know about you ^^.

Something new is always a great oportunity to learn.

¡Hola! Me llamo Martín (como ya habreis podido leer). Nací en un pequeño pueblo de 200 habitantes en Asturias, España, y no puedo evitar amar el campo. Me interesan especialmente los entornos rurales, lejos del mundanal ruido y con gente de inmenso corazón. Soy un chico entusiasta que siempre quiere trabajar y aprender con la gente local dondequiera que vaya.

Tengo mucha experiencia viviendo y viajando solo y soy muy independiente, lo que me hace ser del tipo "resolver problemas" y no en causarlos.

Soy bastante bueno en las tareas del hogar, como cocinar, limpiar, cuidar a los niños, cuidar a las mascotas, etc. Soy muy sociable y me encanta construir vínculos fuertes con los lugares que visito y la gente que conozco y, al mismo tiempo, disfruto del silencio y el espacio personal. En realidad, soy más bien introvertido, a la par de sociable; un introvertido sociable, uno de esos tipos.

En términos de espiritualidad tengo que decir que estoy completamente ON. Tengo mi propia práctica de yoga y he estado viviendo en un templo durante un año y medio, así que te notarás que mi forma de ser es bastante India, de hecho, jeje. Así que si realmente no te gusta esa cultura, seguro que no soy tu hombre ^^'.

Aunque soy muy hindú, amo a Dios bajo sus muchos nombres, así que si profesas tu propia religión, ¡me encantaría aprender! Nada me hace más feliz que una discusión teológica, siempre con amor y devoción. Dios me libre de meter mis creencias o rituales en la boca de otra persona. Tan solo un hindú, no me tengan en cuenta ^^.

Ahora es la parte en la que hablo de la °comida"... uuuh... Pues, como ya habrás notado, amo la comida, sobre todo, amo la Salud. He estudiado y llevo practicando Ayurveda durante varios años (desde que tenía 15) y he dominado bastantes recetas de la cocina india y de la pastelería francesa, por lo que diría que soy una buen cocinero. Me gustaría decir "un muy buen cocinero", pero la excelencia siempre la deciden los comensales.

"¿Cuáles son tus intereses?"

Yo? Simplemente conocer gente, involucrarme con la cultura y hacer amigos. En mi tiempo libre me gusta leer, hacer ejercicio, estudiar idiomas, meditar e investigar temas como filosofía, salud, nutrición, matemáticas y/o espiritualidad.

No veo ninguna diferencia ninguno de los cinco.

Bueno, esa es mi parte al respecto desde este lado, cuéntame sobre ti ^^. Algo nuevo siempre es una gran oportunidad para aprender.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Don't be fool by my youth, here where you see me I have work quite a lot.

Speacially in hospitality since my parents they have a rural hotel, or how we call it in my village: a hotel. So I was always on with the bussiness. That includes: cleaning rooms, prepareing and serving breakfast, cleaning the restaurant a dishes afterwards, doing the reception, some accountances... all in all everything that involves taking care of a hotel. Quite a Job.

So at some moment I got tired of that and I moved to Madrid to be working as a Tourist Guide and Event Organizator. Funny story that one but I also got tired (cause I have cities) and I went volunteering on the countryside of France, there I made some friendship that later on will provide me the job that I have been doing for a year as a Erasmus+ organizator; basically organazing events, welcoming people, praparing activities and getting people to gide the actities; like summercapms some times with childrem, some time for adults, some time for the in between. So, again, a lot of work. So I am taking a rest of that level of activity, I'll leave it for the summer time, and just travelling in a light level of activity ^^'.

Besides my actual work experience, I would say I have a taste for decoration, for sure I have a green touch with plants and I am quite good in speaking in public.

During the volunteering I have the conviction to get deeply involved with the work I am doing so that it goes forward as if it was my project itself, empathizing all the love, affection and dedication that you dedicate as host to your beautiful projects. My heart is fully touched to see all the love you put into your ideas and I also would love to be part of them.

Regarding those chores where I might be not so skillfull, I am the kind of person who chooses to learn from the mistakes rather than getting frustrated; and it is a conscius choice I'll always keep as a promise. I know how to accept both good and bad critics, and I am always polite and patient so I expect the same back. I am one of those creative mind that is always ready to contribute with new ideas and I adapt easily to unforeseen events.

With all that said, I am looking foraward to help you ^^

No os engañeis por mi edad, aquí donde me veis he trabajado bastante.

Especialmente en hostelería, ya que mis padres tienen un hotel*☆., así que siempre he estado al día con el negocio. Eso incluye: limpiar habitaciones, preparar y servir el desayuno, hacer la recepción, algunas tareas contables... en definitiva, todo lo que implica ocuparse de un hotel. Un trabajo bastante duro.

Así que, en un momento dado me cansé de eso y me mudé a Madrid para trabajar como guía turística y organizadora de eventos. Es una historia divertida, pero también me cansé (porque no me gustan las ciudades) y me fui de voluntariado al campo de Francia, donde hice amistades que más tarde me proporcionarían el trabajo que he estado haciendo durante el ultimo año como organizador de Erasmus+. Básicamente, organizando eventos, dando la bienvenida a la gente, preparando actividades y consiguiendo gente que las dirigiera. Como campamentos de verano, a veces con niños, a veces con adultos y a veces para todos los intermedios. Así que, de nuevo, mucho trabajo. Por eso me estoy tomando un descanso de ese nivel de actividad que lo dejaré para el verano, y simplemente estoy viajando en un nivel de actividad light ^^'.

Además de mi experiencia laboral actual, diría que tengo un gusto por la decoración, seguro que tengo un toque verde con las plantas y soy bastante buena hablando en público.

Durante el voluntariado tengo la convicción de involucrarme a fondo con el trabajo que estoy haciendo para que salga adelante como si fuera mi propio proyecto, empatizando con todo el amor, cariño y dedicación que le dedicas como anfitrión a tus hermosos proyectos. Mi corazón se conmueve de ver todo el amor que le poneis a vuestras ideas y también me encantaría ser parte de ellas.

En cuanto a aquellas tareas en las que quizás no soy tan hábil. Soy el tipo de persona que elige aprender de los errores en lugar de frustrarse; y es una elección consciente que siempre mantendré como una promesa. Sé aceptar tanto las críticas buenas como las malas, y siempre soy educado y paciente así que espero lo mismo a cambio. Soy una de esas mentes creativas que siempre está dispuesta a aportar nuevas ideas y me adapto fácilmente a los imprevistos.
