Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am currently an apprentice at SNCF (The French National Railway Company), working as a project manager in the IT department. I organized and facilitated meetings with the various actors of the SNCF. My internship ends in September 2022 after 2 years in the company. Before that, I had the opportunity to do a 12-week internship in an electronic company as developer. Both experiences were great opportunities to prove myself in a team that had different training and skills to mine, but also to take initiatives and work on my skills at different levels of management: creating schedules, leading teams and facilitating meetings and public events.

Beside that, I have been Boy Scout since the age of 8. These years have allowed me to often experience physical works such as the renovation of a medieval castle, the installation and de-installation of a music festival as well as the development of a natural bear park in Croatia. I have also been a scout-chief in the Scouts and Guides of France for 4 years. I lead youth groups with an emphasis on perseverance, teamwork and valuing manual work. During scout camps, I was health care assistant, treasurer and camp director. I have also worked at a child day care center and summer camps, organizing and leading activities since I passed my BAFA (the national certificate for youth support workers) at 17. It led me to develop my autonomy, my sense of responsibility as well as to be keen on handwork.

My passions for bivouac, solo or in group, and street workout also allowed me to develop a good physical shape and a will to surpass myself. Scheduling my trips and preparing my sport programs, like the experiences presented above, have especially increased my sense of organization and have made me capable of learning new skills quickly. I am therefore able to do a job that is new to me and requires physical effort and a healthy lifestyle.
