Hey there!
I’m Maria, 18 years old and currently doing Work & Travel in Canada. I’m from a small town in western Germany and just finished school this year.
Now I’m taking a gap year to explore Canada, meet new people, and enjoy some adventure.
I’m a cheerful, open-minded person who loves being outdoors and discovering new places.
I’m always curious to learn about different cultures and love hearing people’s stories.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’d describe myself as a friendly and open-minded person who’s always up for something new. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and enjoy working in a team but I’m also totally fine handling things on my own.

Since starting my Work & Travel journey, I’ve become even more flexible, independent, and good at finding solutions when things don’t go as planned (which happens a lot when you travel 😄). I’m reliable, always ready to learn, and I try to bring positive energy wherever I go.

I genuinely enjoy helping others, being organized and adapting to new environments quickly. Whether it’s a new job, a new place, or new people I’m curious and excited to dive in!

I can speak German and Russian fluently, as I’m half German and half Russian. My English is on a good level, and I’m always working to improve it :)

I’m also really good with kids, since I’ve spent lots of time babysitting my nieces and cousins and I actually really enjoy it!!
