Hello!
We are Maren and Abel and are 18 and 19 years old.
Maren is from Germany and Abel comes from the Netherlands.
We graduated highschool this year and are in the midst of our gap year. Both of us went to Malaga, Spain for a spanish class, this is how we met and became close friends and decided to do work and travel in Costa Rica.
Since we both will study from September 2025 on, a work and travel trip through Costa Rica to improve our spanish and gain valuable work and life experience, just sounds perfect.
While Maren worked in a restaurant for 3 years, a children's sports club and did internships in schools with children with disabilities, Abel worked in a supermarket and later on in an eldery home, as well as in a event area as a waiter.
We love learning languages and both are able to speak 4 of them.
Moreover, we are animal lovers, love interacting with people and being in the nature.
