I'm living in Melbourne working as a tour guide and a gardener and heading to Turkey for the summer to travel with my bicycle. Very keen to volunteer on agricultural projects and language exchanges

Description

Just a man out on the road with a bicycle looking for an adventure. I'm 34 years young, from Melbourne in Australia and have been travelling on and off for the last 10 years, mostly by bicycle. I currently work as a tour guide and a gardener in the warmer months and then head during the Southern winter (Northern summers) and hit the road for a few months.

I love meeting new people and discovering different cultures, I studied history once upon a time, so travelling is a great way to dive into different countries' history, culture, religion and politics. I also fairly recently discovered the joy and pain of attempting to grow your own food, on my own and as part of a community garden, so I'm very keen to learn all I can about gardening and agriculture from different people around the world.

Apart from that I love a chat over a coffee or a beer, a good book and shaking my bootie to some fine music. See you on the road.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

English is my native language so happy to share my language knowledge and skills. I also travelled across Latin America for two years during the pandemic so I speak conversational Spanish so I'm very happy to share my knowledge and practice with people. I am a part time gardener for work so have some basic skills and knowledge and I'm always very keen to learn more. I studied history at university and it's also my passion in everyday life, reading books and listening to podcasts, so I'm happy to share my knowledge and enthusiasm. I'm an excellent cook and one of my favourite things to do is to whip up a delicious meal. And finally, my novelty skill is that I was taught by a circus master how to juggle when I was in primary school so if you want to systematically learn how to juggle three balls I'm your man.
