Hi all ! My name is Marc, i'm 30 years old and from Germany.
I want to break free from my life here in Germany to get to know more about the world and all of the people living within.
During my few previous small vaction's and travels i always found out something about myself that helped me in my own personal develpoment. That`s why i decided to quit my Job, my flat and my old life to be out in the World for an undefined time.
I want to find out even more about myself and the traditions and cultures of the people living on this planet.
I want to find places and people where i feel like i can grow and find my own happines.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Early on when i was still in school i was very interested in any kind of social work. After a few internships in social workplaces like orphanages an factory's for people with disabilties i studied inclusive needs education / special needs education in Germany.
With this i`m skilled in working with people with all types of disabilities wether it is cognitive, psychological and or physical.
Before i decided to travel, i was working full time in a special workshop for people with psychological disabiltites. There i was managing and supporting them in their daily life.
During this period i also worked part time as a social worker for an autistic man to teach him how to be more self-determined in his personal life.
So generally i would say that i learned some skills when it comes to managing and helping people in their personal life to aquire the skills that they want to learn and to be more self-determined in their individual development as human beeings.
While i was studying i worked as a Bartender and Waiter in a Bar for around three years.
I'm also experienced in working at Festivals.
At Medieval-Festivals i was teaching people how to Juggle, selling Juggling euqippment and at Music Festivals i was helping with the general logistitcs.
I helped with building up all of the main structures and setting up the Stage. When the Festival was running i was also co-responsible of distributing the different Bar-Spots with the necessary Drinks. I really like this kind of hard physical labour as a compensation for my main profession.
For me the best "tools" i was able to learn through working these different jobs are first of all alot of patience, empathy and self-confidence.

Generally i would describe myself as a really down to earth, optimistic, funny and curious guy, who loves working with many different kinds of people to get to know them and their stories.
I love music, dancing, climbing, hiking and any kind of physical activity.
I like to joke around and getting into deep conversations about anything until my curiousity is satisfied.
I have no problem with physical labour, hard weather conditions ,working early and or late night.

After a week he was here I made him supervisor of the workawayers' team and begged him to extend his stay multiple times. :P
When he came here we had just started some renovations in our property and he hasn't left until the last shelf was drilled to the wall, 3 months later.
