I’m Manuel, 19 years old, and I just graduated from a technical high school.
Until August 2025, I want to gather as many exciting experiences as possible, meet nice people, and learn new things along the way. I’d like to explore the world in an authentic way, meet people who live there and can show me their culture. I’m also hoping to improve my English and French skills.

About Me and My Family:
I come from a Belgian-German family: my mom grew up in Belgium, my dad is German, and I have a 15-year-old brother. We also have a little dog at home.

What I Like to Do:
I’m super active in my free time and love trying new things. Some of my favorites are wakeboarding, diving, mountain biking, and volleyball. I’m also passionate about working with wood and metal, and I like to weld. During the pandemic, I built a tiny house with my dad – not only did I learn a lot, but it was also really cool. I’m a big fan of technology, and I even built my own drift trike!
Cars are another major hobby for me: I love driving, can handle trailers, and enjoy operating a digger.

My Experience:
I’m hands-on and bring practical experience – whether it’s in DIY, gardening or working with animals. I’ve helped out at a dog shelter in Spain.

Travel Plans:
I plan to go abroad starting in November or December 2024. From January 2025, I’ll be helping my dad with a construction project. Starting in March 2025, I’d like to travel somewhere for a longer period – maybe to Australia, New Zealand.

Handyman Skills: I’m hands-on and bring practical experience whether it’s in DIY or gardening. Experience in welding, wood and metalwork.

Technical Knowledge: Interest and skills in technology.

Driving Skills: Experienced with cars and quads, handling trailers, operating a digger and a boat.

Animal Care: Volunteered at an animal shelter in Spain.

Sports: Skills in wakeboarding, diving, mountain biking and volleyball.

Language Skills: Fluent in German. Good level of French (bilingual background) and English that I would like to improve.

Childcare: I am also comfortable taking care of young kids, especially boys
