Helloooo! Welcome to my account and nice to meet you :) I'm Manou, 22 years old & from the Netherlands 🌞 I have a huge passion for travel and have loved my workaway experiences so far! I always get very excited doing new things and exploring places I've never been.

About me:
I would say I'm quite a social and creative person, I love meeting new people :) I have been really into painting and drawing since I was little. I also love sports: handball, surfing and running are my favorites. Even though I haven't had a lot of pets, I'm definitly a lover of all animals, even the smallest bugs 🥹. I love cooking & baking, coffee & matcha and trying out every hobby under the sun! (jewelery making, sewing, photography etc.)

I love adventure, being spontanious and active. Having a good impact on the world is very important to me & I enjoy talking about anything and everything :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Degree:
I just finished my psychology degree!

Hospitality:
I've worked as a server in a tapas restaurant for a couple years. I've also worked in a bakery as a shop assistent. My favorite job was definitly working in a café as a barista :) (I love practicing my latte art) I volunteered in a surf camp for kids ages 13 and up as well.

Daycare:
I have some experience working in a daycare with baby's and older children!

Cleaning:
I have around 4 years of experience with cleaning. I used to clean office spaces 2 times a week.

Animal welfare:
Here on workaway I volunteered in an animal shelter with mostly dogs and cats! I worked in a dog hotel as well and love being around animals in general :) I also have a little bit of experience with horses since I did horse riding for a couple of years. I'm definitly used to working with animals & I feel confident around them. I'm also not afraid of cleaning poop & pee ;)
