I'll be in Taiwan in a few days, and will then go on to Fenghuang in China, then North Vietnam and Laos. I'll be eager to visit around, hike mostly, and share knowledge, daily routines with my hosts.

Hi,
I'm Lucy (even though my profile says I'm Manon), a French girl of 27 yo, with English origins. I have been travelling by land for a hundred days, from Toulouse, in France, to Hangzhou, in China.
I'm now looking to enjoy small everyday life moments with my future hosts, share my stories and help around.
I love animals, I love taking care of nature and learning/teaching new languages. I'm a caring and curious person and enjoy taking on new interests. Ideally, I'd like to know more about growing food, gardening, etc..
I'll be travelling to Taiwan, Vietnam and Laos in the next months.
As an occupation, I am writing a novel and working on several poetry books. In my free time I also enjoy painting, drawing and you can put me to use on any enhancements/creative projects you might have.
I can help with communication: I speak fluently french, english, italian. I am able to get by in spanish and I'm learning a little bit of turkish, russian, and chinese.
I can't wait to meet my future hosts !

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a crafty artist, writer (poetry, drawings). I used to pratice painting in my hometown workshop. I have experience in blogging, thanks to my previous employment with a luxury travel agency. I have a keen interest for languages and used to do guided tours, in an ancient perfume factory, in french, english and italian. During that time, I also did flower picking. I was also a bilingual teacher for a short while, for children from age 6 to 9.
I grew up near the sea and near mountains. I learned to respect and to appreciate nature. I sometimes do gardening with my family.
I'm really eager to learn new things as well.

I also adore hiking and spending time in nature, cycling, water activities, .... In my travels I have not had the opportunity to do a lot of physical exercise (aside from walking and carrying a heavy backpack haha) and I've missed it
