Description

Hi i'm Mani from Oxford England. two years ago I graduated from school with and international baccalaureate. I've been travelling and working since I've finished school and am currently saving up money for my workaway travels.

I really enjoy sports (water sports especially) and am always up for learning new ones. I also have a lot of experience teaching sailing, but would love to expand my skills to be able to eventually tech in other watersports like kitesufing and wakeboarding.

I love exploring new places and new cuisines, I enjoy working as a part of a team. I'm very adaptable as i've worked in quite a few different industries and am always happy to help wherever needed.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a qualified sailing instructor and take part in multiple watersports including kitesurfing, biking and skiing.

I have just come back from working as a Camp Counsellor in Camp America for the second summer in a row where I acted as a mentor and companion to a group of children aged 8-10 years, guiding them through their daily activities, including meals, special events and organising extra-curricular games for them to play. Each day I taught dingy sailing to groups of children aged 6-14. I have also worked as an RYA Assistant Sailing Instructor in England setting up and rigging boats; assisting instructors on and off the water, supervising; teaching theory lessons; debriefing students; and repairing and maintaining boats and equipment.

I have a Power Boat Driver Level 2 (PB2) license
Ski boat Driver Level 2 license,
Uk drivers license.

My father owns a French patisserie, boulangerie and chocolaterie in Oxford and I have worked there over the past few years, most recently as a a full time shop assistant with barista training and previously in the production unit scaling, mixing, preparing, shaping, and baking breads, viennoiserie, tarts and quiches. I have also worked at Itsu, a sushi shop where I produced sushi rolls and prepared salmon.
