In Chile to learn about the wine making process. Plan to do some hiking and practice my Spanish.
Would love to get lesson in surfing.Description
I am easygoing and not scared of hard work. Venturing, learning, and meeting new faces keep me happy.
Original from a small town called Nenagh in the middle of Ireland, my family ran a small bakery where I worked as a teenager to my early 20s,
Got a diploma in TV and Film production in 2011 and worked in Dublin as a Video Editor for 3 years. Flim and edit for my own fun now.
Scratchy feet and not liking city life, I started traveling.
Worked in Greece doing Helpx in 2014 for 6 months mainly construction.
2015 Drove from Ireland to Mongolia for a wedding in Beijing.
2016 Work construction and on weed farms in California,
started homebrewing
2017-2021 Went to College and got an Honors bachelor's degree in Brewing and Distilling while working in a farm brewery for 3 years in Carlow Ireland, Also got into food fermentation and home distillation and converted a van (Ringo) into my home on wheels just in the last year.
Currently working seasonal jobs in UK May to September setting up glamping sites at festivals around England and from October to December working on Xmas tree harvest in Inverness Scotland. I really enjoy the work and travel and this also gives me 5-6 months free from December to early May, So this gives me great opportunity to explore, so I plan to go travel Europe and further in my months off, I am truly amazed by the variety of hosts on work-away from farms to hostels doing different interesting projects. I think it's amazing and truly a great way to share and learn new skills, be part of team projects, meet fascinating people living their life in their own way beautiful unique way and make friends & connections in new and wonderful places.
Would especially love to expand my knowledge into winemaking and other beverage and food fermentation and distilling from different part of the world.Centres d’intérêt
