Hello!
My name is Makena (23) and I am a recent college graduate from the University of Utah with degrees in Journalism and International Studies. I am looking to spend the next year or so traveling and exploring different parts of the world, I want to adventure as much as I can before I decide to try and get a "big kid job"... whatever that means. I love the outdoors, animals, physical activities, reading, writing and trying new things, especially food! I'm so excited to start this chapter of my life and meet new people along the way!

I have worked with people from all backgrounds my entire life. My family owns our own restaurant and daycare, so I've worked in the service industry and with children for over 10 years now. I have learned how to multitask and function in face-paced/stressful situations well, and I thrive on having a busy schedule with lots to focus on and do.

I love reading, writing, cooking, crafts, puzzles, organizing, etc. and I love getting to know new people but I also need my personal quiet time to recharge (especially in the morning before I drink my coffee) :)
