Description
Maia (27) is a registered nurse and Darcy (28) is a research scientist.
We both enjoy spending time outdoors and in nature- swimming, hiking, walking, fishing etc. We feel passionate about caring for and preserving nature.
We love gardening, handling fresh local produce and cooking (and are excited to do more of this in our workaways).
We are both very curious about all cultures and love learning about languages, traditions and food in all corners of the world.
We have a huge passion and curiosity for sustainability and are very interested in getting involved in any projects that also share these passions.
We are eager to assist with household work, manual labour, cleaning, gardening, child minding, care giving, cooking and food preparation, photography, house work, caring for pets and much more!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Maia is a kind, compassionate and patient registered nurse which makes her a great carer for people of all ages and animals. She is good at working with her hands including knitting, sewing, cooking, flower arranging and gardening. She is active and able to assist with physical labour.
Darcy is passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, he has a PhD in chemistry and has been a performing musician and loves to share experiences and moments in music. He is hands on and happy to help with any labour, outdoor and general work. Darcy is also happy to help with any teaching or tutoring in science and or music.
Maia and Darcy are both capable at helping with any online, technical and administrative work.

We love meeting people from all walks of life. In our spare time outside of work whilst on workaways we look forward to playing card games, listening to music, sharing information about our life styles in Australia, expanding our understanding of different cultures, preparing and sharing meals as a group and brain storming new ideas.
