** We are looking for a workaway from May to June 2025 in Jordan and Egypt**

Hello everyone ☀️

We are Maeva (24, French girl) and Rayan (25, French and Moroccan guy), who wants to discover the best of this world.

Maeva is creative and kind hearted, joyful and always listening to people. She is a very active person who loves trying new things and lives new experiences. She is a very curious person and loves meeting new people. She has a Master's degree in Political Science specialized in Africa and Middle East and currently works for French media as a journalist and content producer for social medias.
She traveled a lot in her life, especially by volunteering. She has volunteered in Canada around the beautiful Canadian lakes, in United States as a dancer, in United Kingdom as an au-pair and more recently in Morocco in a shelter for animals. She is interested in cooking, walking, hiking and reading !


Rayan is funny, open-minded, reliable and loves to meet new people. He is always eager to make new connections and hear different stories. Passionate about exchanging ideas, he thrives on learning from others while sharing his adventures, stories, and knowledge across diverse subjects, always seeking to make meaningful contributions to collaborative projects. Since childhood, he has been interested in economics and international politics, which led him to work for the United Nations and soon an upcoming position at a French embassy. He has traveled extensively throughout his life, both for academic purposes with university exchanges in Spain, China, Canada, and South Korea. But also for volunteering in Southeast Asia and some road trip through Morocco, where he has roots, as well as journeys across Western Europe, Brazil, Colombia, and South Africa.


In conclusion, we both are ready to be invested in the work required ! We are fast learners, driven by our curiosity which allows us to meet unforgettable people. We can adapt very quickly to every situations. We work well on our own but also enjoys helping others whenever they need it! We are respectful and have a big sense of responsibility.

We can’t wait to live these new wonderful experiences :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- Hospitality and Service Experience :
We have significant experience in customer-facing roles, having worked as receptionists, waiters, bartenders, cashiers, and salespeople. These positions have developed our hospitality skills, ability to engage with diverse people, and provide excellent service even during busy periods.

- Languages:
We speak French and English at a very advanced level, and have intermediate Spanish skills, allowing us to communicate effectively in various international environments. We're also interested in offering French language lessons if needed.

- International Experience :
Rayan has developed excellent cross-cultural communication through experiences at the United Nations, and university exchanges in Spain, China, Canada, and South Korea. Our numerous travels have taught us to be resourceful, take initiative, and solve problems while remaining reliable.

- Community Work and Volunteering :
Maeva has extensive experience with volunteer projects in Morocco, France, London, and Canada. These activities have included supporting homeless communities, helping people seeking asylum, working in animal shelters, and various community support initiatives. These experiences have taught her to quickly adapt to different cultural environments and work effectively in teams.

- Media and Communication Skills :
Maeva can bring strong media experience, including journalism, audiovisual production, and content creation. She works as an Editor-in-chief Assistant at an international news channel and has experience writing for French media. She can create videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and assist with communication or creative projects.

- Animal Care :
We both have experience with pet sitting and animal care. This includes caring for cats and dogs, walking and grooming pets, and working in animal shelters. One of us completed an internship at a dog grooming salon and volunteered for two months at an animal shelter in Morocco.

- Education and Academic Background :
Our studies in economics, international relations, and journalism provide us with valuable knowledge for project management, budgeting, and communication with international partners.

- Outdoor Skills and Interests :
We're comfortable with physical and outdoor activities, having participated in various sports including horseback riding, diving, badminton, football, judo, and volleyball for rayan, and a lot of hip hop dance for Maeva ! We also have some gardening knowledge and really enjoy working outdoors.

- Childcare Experience :
We have experience in babysitting and childcare, including teaching English to young learners ! Maeva has been an au-pair for several months in London.


We are adaptable, quick learners, and ready to work hard. We look forward to contribute with our combined skills and continue learning and grow through new experiences ! :)
