We are Fabi and Luzie,
A couple currently traveling Latin America. We lived in Austria during the last three years, enjoy being in nature, hiking in the mountains and going bicycle touring. We both are open minded, caring people that want to get to know the places we visit.

About Fabian:
I am German/Peruvian and grew up in many different places, including the Ivory Coast Kenya, Germany and Peru. I’m on Workaway because I want to explore new ways of building community, get to know new people well and reconnect with my South American roots. I also wants to learn new skills like building, gardening, permaculture and living in touch with my environment and nature. I am equally interested in science and art, for the past years, I have worked in science communication, writing articles and focussing on Biodiversity and Climate protection. I love writing, drawing, nature photography, playing guitar and picking up new creative hobbies.

About Luzie:
Hej! I am German and for me there is nothing cozier than a house full of kind people. I’ve lived in two different communities, with 29 and with 9-13 other chosen family members . Social justice in general is very important for me. So while working as an engineer in research and development of hearing implants, I give workshops at schools to sensitize about all kinds of extremisms and hopefully make the world a better place for more people (in small steps). With Fabi, I rediscovered my love for making art and the healing effect it has. With Workaway, I hope to make connections, maybe learning more about how to create a community and everything that comes with it. And if I can contribute to your home, that’s even better!

Math, mechanical engineering (problem solving), basic skills in handywork and gardening.
