I'm a 20 year old American with an interest in homesteading and have a passion for animals. I live in my van and most recently spent the winter in Colorado snowboarding on weekdays and pet sitting on weekends. I spend as much time as possible outdoors and do not shy away from manual labor. I have a keen interest in learning new skills, particularly anything that will help me gain experience with the labors required for homesteading.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm 20 years old, originally from the United States, and I love spending as much time as I can outdoors. You'll often find me hiking, rock climbing, lifting weights, or snowboarding. I'm also really into animals and do a lot of pet sitting in my spare time. Besides caring for animals, I've trained in emergency first aid for humans, making sure I'm prepared for any situation that might arise while I’m out and about. I love learning new things, especially if I can do it while being active and working with my hands.

I'm eager to do a workaway on a farm because I want to experience daily life on a farm. My interest in developing my own homestead in the future is what drives me to learn the skills necessary for self-sustainable living. Living and working on a farm will give me firsthand experience of what it takes to live in an eco-friendly, sustainable environment. I'm particularly interested in learning more about caring for animals. I'm not the type to thrive in an indoor corporate environment; I much prefer being outdoors, getting my hands dirty. I'm fit, active, and more than capable of carrying heavy things—I see it as a workout with a purpose! I'm easy going and hard working, and I
work well independently or as part of a team.
