Hi, I'm Lorenzo,

Since I was in my teens I have always dreamt of travelling to different countries driven by my fascination with different cultures. Being able to travel more in recent years made me realize even more how much I enjoy it.

I am a curious person with good memory, good logical skills and I am somewhat of a perfectionist. I tend to focus on the little details because I believe they often make the biggest difference in life.

I really like manual work and I feel like I have an aptitude for it, generally being really precise in things I do, manual or not.

I am a quick learner and I like challenges. I can be stubborn on things, not giving up on them until I gave them all I got.

I consider myself a kind person with good ideals, I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated and always try to never judge a book by its cover.
I like spending time by myself but I can enjoy good company. I'm not very fond of social situations, but I loosen up a lot with people after getting to know them.

In my free time I like having long walks by myself or with friends, playing videogames, watching movies, reading and spending time learning new things I find interesting.
I am a music lover and I always try to listen to something.

I am eager to travel abroad for long periods of time, learning new skills and meeting new people.

I have recently been to Norway and worked in Lofoten for 5 months, I loved it!
After coming back home for a while, I am now ready for a new adventure.


Hi, I'm Edoardo,

I have always dreamt of traveling around the world, and in the last 10 years I have traveled around Italy for about 6 years, moving between different regions. Fulfilling this dream by having the opportunity to travel the world would be amazing.

I am a very practical person. Since I started working, I have done many different jobs where I learned new skills and developed different approaches to life. I have a good photographic memory and I learn very quickly.

I love spending time with friends and I’m a very social person. I tend to make new friends very easily; I’m very empathetic and humble (not so humble when describing myself like this, but I’ll prove it somehow!), I love to learn about new cultures, new places, new experiences and new people.

In my free time, I like watching movies, playing musical instruments, reading books, and playing video games. In the last year, I have also discovered a passion for podcasts and audiobooks. Of course, I love music, and I enjoy spending time with people, even just casually talking.

It's my first time using workaway and travelling around Europe and I’m genuinely excited to push myself and grow through this experience.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Lorenzo:
I have worked managing a market with my family for over six years and have tried some metalworking in between the shop seasons, which I loved doing.
I also spent some time as a fisherman in a local harbor and enjoyed it.
With Workaway I have been to Ireland for a Christmas harvest season which I liked a lot but the experience was bad because of the terrible host.
I have also recently been to Norway and worked in Lofoten as a seaweed harvester and handyman (construction, woodworking, renovation under guidance).

Edoardo:
I have worked as a gardener for the past two years. I also obtained a professional certification that allows me to work independently, as well as a license for the purchase and application of pesticides and phytosanitary products.
I have also worked as a warehouse worker, receptionist, pizza delivery driver, and lifeguard.
The job that made me travel around Italy for many years was working in the immigration sector. I got to know many different cultures, life stories, and experiences that deeply shaped my perspective and changed my life for the better.
