Hiya/Hello/Ciao!!

I am Kizzi but loved ones call me K(Kay)!! I was born and raised in England. I am a qualified nutritionist and have worked in the industry for several years, a massage therapist & I also do energetic healing.

Although these are my 'primary skills' I am definitely happy putting myself to work in the mud/nature, cleaning, organisation, management, maintenance, customer service and childcare.

I'm passionate about health & wellbeing - people and life in general! I enjoy socialising, travelling, karaoke, getting to know people's life's stories, discussing various interesting topics, being in the moment but also just letting my hair down and having a good time!

I've been travelling even whilst I was in my mum's womb and have rekindled the love of travel/exploration over the last few years!

I have travelled through Asia 🌏 parts of Latin America and I hope one day to do more of Africa.

I hope to spend some time with you and create wonderful memories!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a fast & pro active learner. I use initiative & prefer if I know what needs to be done then I'll get on with it (micro managing is a big no-no for me).

I can look after animals (cats) & learn to care for other animals.

I do enjoy cooking and can cook all sorts of dishes spawn from my imagination! All dishes of course are healthy ....apart from chips (you gotta have some chips, sometimes).

I love children and looking after them. I am someone who is kind and gentle but will also set healthy boundaries when necessary.

I recently finished a doula course and have been volunteering some of my time to support pregnant women antenatally, during birth & postnatally. This has been an amazing experience.

I am good at de-cluttering, organising things and keeping places clean/tidy.

I am a nutritionist; my speciality is gut health! As a massage therapist I was trained in Swedish massage but have developed my own technique over the years and would love to learn some more!

I'm also a crystal healer practitioner; using crystals to balance the body, energy....etc

I love the physical/mental/ emotional and spiritual aspect of health & wellbeing but if you're in need of a makeover~ I'm your girl!

I can teach dance & fitness but only for fun; not professionally!

I like gardening and enjoy sowing seeds, planting & harvesting vegetables.

I like to make my own natural creams and health products when I get the time.

I can do basic knitting & sewing but I still need to improve on these.

I enjoy writing whether it be articles, editing, proof reading, journaling, writing stories or creating presentations; you name it I love it.

I can assist with creating presentations/designing leaflets/ marketing (on the ground-word of mouth)...etc

Any sort of creative/ expressive work, such as theatre, painting or dance I am in enamoured with.

I'm a keen learner and like to get things done to the best of my ability!
