Hello, I'm Melissa (Liss), from the UK. My partner and l plan to begin our world travel in May 2026, first landing Canada and venturing West round the world, whilst hopefully discovering lots of exciting opportunities to learn from new experiences along the way.
Are next stop is New Zealand in mid September.

We are an outdoors loving, adventurous couple who like to keep busy and make the most out of everyday.

I used to work with horses and on farms but after back surgery I haven't ridden in a few years but would still love to do some yard work! After having to move away from a career with horses, I would like to see what opportunities I can find myself in to work outdoors, especially if this could align with a goal to live life a little more self-sufficient(mostly interested in growing my own food). I'm at my happiest when I'm hiking but would like to think I'd give any activity a go. I believe being out in nature can solve many of life's problems. Absolutely love dogs and would enjoy caring for any animals.

I'm Amy. I'm an outdoorsy, hands-on person who likes to get involved in any challenges. I love to problem solve so I want to see what projects I can get involved in along the journey, especially learning to be self-sufficient.
I want to understand how the world works. whilst understanding it from everyone else's eyes.

Cooking brings us a lot of joy and the idea of owning a food truck excites me so we can't wait to try new dishes from new cultures.
Just this year we have found the healing power of yoga and would enjoy the chance to try out any meditation opportunities.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Melissa:Studied equine management in college and worked on event yards for 15 years.
Learning Arboriculture, garden and landscape design online. Volunteered at a local arboritum last summer helping to clear bracken and bramble and plant saplings.
Taught myself basic cooking skills and will give any recipe a go.

Amy: Engineering - electrical circuits and basic house maintenance. Learning basic music production.
