Ciao everyone,
this is Lise and Flo (33/35) writing. We have both quit our jobs and are on our journey to make a dream come true: to build a home in the Italian alps. We are experienced travellers, speak plenty of languages, and also have some building and gardening skills. We are looking for beautiful places to stay, work, connect and learn on how to build a home in the Italian mountains.

We are specifically looking to join projects that are in the making: renovations, rebuilding but also extension of houses or building one's dream from scratch. Preferably with a permaculture garden.

Besides the work our hobbies are pretty much in the mountains. Lise is a passionate mountain runner and Flo is obsessed with climbing. But besides sport we do love community and the spirit that comes with connecting to people, understanding what drives the other and being inspired by the unknown.

We don't mind to get our hands dirty. We can work hard and independently, but also love good company. We have lived in multiple countries with many different people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Lise feels comfortable in gardens surrounded by animals. She learnt how to look after bees, vegetable gardens and greenhouses. She built the furniture of the van by herself and would love to get more into woodworking .

Flo likes welding and is excited to expand his skills in it. Flo has had his own welding machine (MIG/MAG) for the past two years and has done several welding courses. At the same time Flo likes construction and land maintenance. He's comfortable riding tractors and working with chainsaws, loves to spend time in the forest.

We are both also very motivated to learn and we believe are good adaptors :) Language skills we do have a lot and are also becoming better and better in our Italian.

We can not wait to sit together with warm tea, maybe a drink, chat, play cards, work hard during the day, go on fun trips in the days off, run steep mountains, climb beautiful walls, make memories, learn from each other and live life :)
