Description

Hello !

We are Léa (28 years old) and Zoulaïka (49 years old), two friends passionate about ecology and social inclusion, based in the vibrant city of Marseille, France. Together, we are eager to launch a project close to our hearts: Be Hors Sol – an aquaponic farm with a social dimension (in the form of a nonprofit integration project).

Our vision? To create an aquaponic farm that not only respects the environment but also offers a chance for socio-professional reintegration to those who are distant from the job market. This project aims to be a true catalyst for integration, where everyone can learn, rebuild, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

After a two-week training in aquaponics, we are eager to continue our learning journey. Léa, a work psychologist, and Zoulaïka, a professional reintegration counselor, each bring our expertise to support our future project.

In addition to our work on the farm, we can offer various enriching activities such as reiki sessions, French lessons, cooking workshops, dance classes, and much more.

We would be delighted to share this adventure with you, exchange knowledge, and build a meaningful project together!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm Léa, an work psychologist specialising in economic and organisational psychology, with experience in individual and group coaching, project management and group facilitation. I also have skills in popularising science on topics such as ecology and sustainable consumption. Multi-skilled, creative and committed, I'm always ready to adapt and actively contribute to projects that have a positive impact.

Zoulaïka is a job counsellor with a wealth of experience in personalised support and training. She is also a trainer in Spanish and French, which enables her to share her language skills. Passionate about well-being (yoga, reï-ki, dance), multi-faceted and caring, she invests herself fully in each project, combining her professional skills with her commitment to global well-being.
